Refunds are available for unaltered products with original packaging intact.
Return Procedure:
- Visit Glow Rhino's customer service portal: Here
- Submit a customer service ticket with your information along with a description & photo of the issue you are having
- Glow Rhino customer service will reply with return eligibility
- Once return eligibility is confirmed, ship your product back to Glow Rhino via USPS, FedEx, or UPS
- After receiving the product, Glow Rhino will initiate your refund
- Please note: Refunds are initiated through your original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to appear back in your account
